Central location, BUT noisy nights

helpful staffconstant car noise
The staff was helpful arranging a driver to show us around the city.
The noise at night made it hard to sleep. I should have paid more attention to other reviews. The hotel provided earplugs, BUT they weren't effective against the constant car noise.
